Does Success come over night?

Does success come overnight?

For some people it seems that success can be reached almost over night but those who work hardly in the direction of success are aware, that success is a series of steps that we take on our path in business. Marion Hopfgartner explains it like this in the Video:

We do not see the many steps a person takes, before reaching a target or a certain level of success. Are you willing to take the many steps till you reach your success? Are you ready to make the investment needed?

What kind of investment am I speaking about?

• Are you willing to put your time into your business and your success level, while your friends enjoy sun bathing, happy weekends with friends, regular days-off, long nights in clubs and so on?

When you are on your way up - you need to stay focused. Distraction of the mind is not very useful. Your targets need to be constantly focused on.

A short story:
Very close to the end of the last year, I got emails from my staff telling me that participants receive the information that my adult academy no longer will be accepted by the gouverment department of education as a certified education program. This was due to changes in the rules and guidelines, which we have not been aware. Immediate action was taken. While other friends, colleagues and family members enjoyed their Christmas Holiday, my team started to immediately and actively work out the needed papers and curriculum to apply for the release of the Certificate for our adult academy.

I pushed and pushed, had constant communication with the head of the department to understand the needs, structures, guidelines and ways of application. Time passed by. Work stopped. Income stopped.

So, as soon as everything was set, we redirected our focus to start planing and thinking about solutions how we can bring in money from different projects and business ideas and compensate the loss caused by this new regulation. It took the department almost 4 months to finish up their work.
Easily this can cause an organization to have a financial break down, if no financial savings are there and if no emergency plan is immediately established.

In all of her business life, Marion Hopfgartner worked with Coachs and Mentors on her side, who helped her understand much more than simply management tools.
